Moscow, Nov 28: Russia said there were no plans to postpone President Dmitry Medvedev's maiden visit to India next week, unless New Delhi makes such a proposal, in view of the unprecedented terror attacks in Mumbai.

Medvedev is scheduled to hold an annual summit with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and attend the closing ceremony of the Year of Russia in New Delhi on December 5.

Kremlin spokeswoman Natalia Timakova, accompanying Medvedev on his Latin American tour, told reporters in Havana, Cuba, that there was no change in the plans.

"The visit of the President, planned for the beginning of December, will not be postponed unless the Indian side makes such proposals," Timakova was quoted as saying by Interfax.

Meanwhile, the national Russian airlines Aeroflot said it has no plans to cancel flights to Mumbai and New Delhi, due to terror strikes on India's financial capital.

"We did not cancel any flight to India and have no such plans," Aeroflot CEO Vladimir Okulov was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

Okulov, however, noted the one-way drop in passenger load.

Aeroflot crew, which was caught up in the terror strike in Oberoi-Trident, returned to Moscow this afternoon on board a regular flight of the airlines.
