Country's top intelligence agencies have asked all the state governments to remain on high alert during first anniversary of biggest terror attack in Mumbai last year.

According to the sources, terror leaders in Pakistan have planned big terror strikes in India to divert the global attention from arrested LeT suspects in US Devid Headley and Tahawwur Rana.

On the other hand, a US daily today claimed that five people, including a top Pakistan Army official, were arrested for planning attacks on India with Headley and Rana.

However, the role of the Pak army official in the attack on India is yet to be ascertained.

Headley and Rana were arrested by FBI last month for terror conspiracy against India and Denmark. A Pakistan Army official was also co-accused in the case.
