Mumbai: The alleged rape incident involving well known actor Shiney Ahuja may have shocked Bollywood, but this has not stopped a little known producer from planning a movie on it.

Producer K A Johar said that he and director Qamar Hajipuri have been working on a script on the lives of Bollywood personalities for over six months now.

"There is a scene similar to the Shiney Ahuja incident in the film and this is a mere coincidence that the same incident happened during this time," he said.

Hajipuri said the script was based on how it is very difficult to digest success in the film industry.

The film is titled "Chamak- the Shyning" and stars Hiten Raghor and Divya Trivedi among others.

Hajipiri said the film was about a young man from Punjab who comes to Mumbai and struggles to become an actor.

He eventually becomes a superstar but soon meets his downfall because of ego and ambition.

Sanjeev-Darshan has scored music for the film.

The "mahurat" of the film took place at a five star hotel in suburban Mumbai on Saturday evening.
