Shivraj Patil resigns, charge handed to Chidambaram





New Delhi, Nov 30: Reeling under the after effects of increased terror attacks in the country, the Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil today tendered his resignation.

Patil is said to have send his resignation to the Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, Finance Minister P Chidambaram has been assigned the charge till further decision.

Shivraj had come under volley of questions in the wake of the terrorists' attacks across the country including the National capital, Rajasthan and more recent Mumbai.

The move is being seen as a desperate measure to quell the anger among all and sundry following the terror dragnet tightening noose on India.

Earlier, Patil was also slammed for changing his suits while serial blasts had ripped the Capital in September.

Ananth RajNSG's - Now its time to flush out Politicians !!

Dear NSG Commandos, you have done a great wonderful job of saving so many lives, and save the heritage building of India. Yet, you are very humble and clean. You have done a excellent job of Flushing out the Terrorist.

Now its time to Flush out the Politicians, who are much more dangerous than the Terrorist. These terrorists strikes once in a while, where are these Politicians strike every time. The reasons for these terrorist to come to Mumbai, plot such a big attack was possible only because of these Politicians like Shivraj / RR Patil. We do not need such politicians for India.

My request to all the Indians, we all be the NSG Commandos in Flushing out such Politicians from our systems. We do not need to such people who doesn't have the guts to take actions on the terrorist attacks happened earlier on Indian soil, to hold such an important positions like PM, CM, Home, etc. Please vacate your positions to the young, honest and capable Individuals of India.
