Vadodara: Indian bowlers failed to stop Aussies from raising an impressive score of 292 in decided 50 overs on the Reliance Stadium here.

Indian pacers and spinners put their all to prevent the Aussies from adding runs. Since beginning, Australians showed consistency and cultivated runs from each ball.

Praveen Kumar and Ashish Nehra proved dear for Team India. Kumar gave 77 runs at an average of 7.7 in ten overs followed by Nehra 58 runs.

Ishant Sharma and Harbhajan Singh also didn't live upto the expectations of the fans. Sharma gave 50 runs in 9.4 overs and sent two Aussies batsmen to pavilion. Singh took one wicket and gave 57 runs.

RA Jadeja put an impressive show and took a wicket by giving only 39 runs in nine overs. SK Raina tried his hands on ball but he can't stop the batmen.

TD Paine added 50 runs while CL White scored 51. Captain RT Ponting and Mek Hussey contributed 74 and 73 runs respectively to the score.

AC Voges, JR Hopes scored three and 14 runs respectively. MG Johnson also helped raising team's score by bringing 14 runs into kitty. But, opener SR Watson could contribute only five runs. Thus Aussies posted an impressive score of 292.
