Islamabad: A blast ripped through the UN World Food Programme (WFP) office here Monday, leaving at least one person dead and three people injured.The dead person was reportedly a foreigner, Geo TV said.

Police, fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot, which was quickly cordoned off.
